Bespoke Office Zoning – Spinningfields – Bespoke Breakout Space

Value: £65,000+

Creating a bespoke office break out space has been a pleasure for Bridgewater in 2019.

Office fit out works are some of our favourite projects to work on. With projects like this, the creative aspect shines through above all, always making them interesting works for us.

Let the journey begin:

Firstly, Bridgewater were approached with a basic idea, moving forward to the creation of a mood board and a concept design.

We loved what the client had envisioned, and so our design team met them straight away to present our ideas. Our team wasted no time once the client was happy, jumping straight into design to create something unique for them.

The key desire and focus of the client was to make the space ‘flexible’. Something that would provide a comfortable place to relax during the busy work day, whilst providing somewhere to break up the office space and provide some privacy. An important factor was to also incorporate elements of nature and as much natural lighting as possible.

Optimisation is key. Their wall space divider was optimised for both functionality and practicality. To divide the space from the office to the break area and also to act as a benched seating area. This benched area also featured the space to have a planting area, incorporating the natural feel desired for the space.

Production process:

Without delay our production team spent some time creating prototypes for the project. Lots of intricate work was required, not to mention we wanted to get it perfect. Creation of these prototypes ensured that everything went smoothly when things got to final production, and also prevented us from wasting any materials.

Everything went according to plan through the production process, while our start to finish the project took us around 2 weeks to manufacture.

Finishing touches:

Installing this bespoke office furniture could not have gone better because everything measured up and fit the space perfectly. We headed out to Manchester on a Saturday morning to minimise disruption, therefore allowing the staff to start work on the Monday with a new relaxation area.
