The traditional office environment is changing.

Housing provider Onward Homes has completed its move to the Watson Building in Liverpool’s Renshaw St.

Onward Homes is one of the largest providers of affordable housing for the North West and, after considering several sites for their head office relocation, they settled on the Watson Building in the heart of Liverpool.

Brown & Bancroft Interiors Ltd. was contracted to deliver the project, and we were delighted when they chose to procure the bespoke joinery package through Bridgewater.

The brief was straight forward: to create a contemporary and positive office space with break-out zones where their staff could feel at home.

Architects 5plus provided excellent concept drawings and visuals right from the start and although the foundations were set, as with most projects, initial concepts can change. We worked closely with Brown & Bancroft and 5plus to offer design solutions, tweak original concepts and provide rendered images and samples when required. By the time the project was complete, Bridgewater had helped deliver an outstanding, functional bespoke office space to be proud of.
